Don’t hold your breath waiting for response from landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location Kitchen/bath is recently renovated Can pay rent online
Cons:
Landlord /management co - Waterfront Management Co - run by the 2 Moses, barely responds to any maintenance requests. We had a short lived roach problem and they sent a cut-rate exterminator 3 weeks after initial call was made. You’ll need to contact management multiple times (phone, email) before they take any action whatsoever.
Super *does not* live on site and there is no contact info for this so called super.
Worst part of my (and my roommate’s) experience was the recurring noise issue with our upstairs neighbor (4th floor), Abraham. This wannabe rocker with the perpetual RBF will play the most awful music at any hour, usually at 5/6am or sometimes from 11pm to 6am, continuously. As you can guess, we complained about this to management multiple times, and they basically did nothing.
Advice to owner:
Don’t lie about having a super on the building premises when there isn’t one, Respond to your tenants maintenance or pest control requests in a timely manner, Treat your tenants with a modicum of respect and they’ll do the same for you.
