Updated kitchen & bathroom. Nice appliances
Cons:
The management is horrible and scammed me. They are also just so rude. The garage room in the basement is gross & the stairs and “lobby” never were cleaned.
Advice to owner:
AVOID.

Looks are deceiving at 841 Dekalb ave

Across from grocery, dollar store, wine, multiple bodegas and liquor store
Cons:
Street is very loud, walls very thin, cameras do bit work and they never notified us of this, horrible response time. Management for leasing manager has changed 3 times and so has front desk.
Hallway lights break, and so does keypad to get in. Maintenance man changed multiple times and the new one is very incompetent
Advice to owner:
Make sure your tenants feel safe, with camera roofs, as I was on too floor and people were having sex on my private roof couch. And someone broke into our apt back door by breaking the latch and entering through open stairwell. Make sure your maintenance men is NOT someone who just googled YouTube to fix things. As we encountered that multiple times which delayed the process and was more expensive for having a company come out to fix something the previous maintenance man could do.
