Pros:
There aren't many nice things to say about this building.
Cons:
Management is horrible. Electricity bills are outrageous because there is no insulation in the apartment. There were months where utilities cost over $300. The garage is shared with ZipCar rentals so there are random people coming in and out of the garage where tenant cars and bikes are often. I've had my bike stolen from the garage before.

Cons:
The landlords were deceitful about absolutely everything. They installed the wrong heaters in the building which did not work properly and everyone had bills that were over $500 per month. Some people complained that they were over $800 per month when they were not even there. The building was built shoddily and one time, rain and snow poured into the lounge and it took over a month to fix it. They left a random refrigerator in the lounge for months also. The DOB and DOH was constantly visiting the building for tenant complaints.
Advice to owner:
Get out of the business of real estate.
