Something different but…

Pros

My upstairs room in Apartment 1 was like having a studio, with shared kitchen downstairs, and personal bathroom. Very large closet, mostly nice bathroom. No flooding

Cons

The ceilings make the apt seem like it’s not structurely sound, mold, cavernous feeling. Landlord included terms into lease that they legally cannot be enforce. They do not respect the 24 hour notice rule. Over estimates value of apt. Apartment 1 controls the heat of the entire building, landlord will call randomly to tell you to raise the heat. Precious rat infestation in basement (cleared up now), poor mailbox placement (when it rains, the mail inside gets soaked). Landlord is emotionally manipulative and gets caught in lies. But on the flip is v understanding
