Loud neighbors, dirty entryway

Pros:
Nice layouts of apartments. Great lighting. Location is great. Washer and dryer.
Cons:
Water pressure is terrible. Walls are incredibly thing. Neighbors extremely loud on second floor.

Don’t move here if you want your deliveries or showers or consistent rent

Pros:
Small but quaint layout with 2 bathrooms
Cons:
Neighbors are the worst! The steal packages everyday & fight constantly. Water pressure sometimes is so bad you can’t attempt a shower. They DOUBLED my rent since moving in 2 yrs ago
Advice to owner:
Kick out the riff raff in this building & fix the water pressure

Building has easy access app, laundry in every apartment, heat works great
Cons:
Management company almost never answers, if something gets broken good luck
