Good apartment, relatively quiet neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are quiet, neighborhood is quiet, you can hear rats in the ceiling but I’ve never seen them or had an issue with them getting into my unit. The super is relatively responsive.
Cons:
I have not spent a winter here yet so I’m unsure how good the heaters are. I’ve had plumbing issues that needed to be remedied, but were remedied quickly.

DO NOT RENT
Former Tenant
Pros:
None. The owner does not respond and will not fix any of the issues with your apartment.
Cons:
We went three weeks without gas or hot water when we first moved in and the owner did nothing to help us. Owner charged us double security (which is illegal because these are rent regulated apartments) and never returned a penny. We left the apartment cleaner than when we moved in and always paid our rent on time and in full. Blocks my calls. Gave zero reason. It’s been three years and we’re still trying to get it back.
Advice to owner:
Stop scamming and taking advantage of innocent people.

Look elsewhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap. Spacious. Private. Overall, a nice space.
Cons:
Rats; inside and out. Unresponsive landlord. Unkept exterior. Had to move in the middle of a pandemic!!!
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property. Ignoring major problems only hurts the value of your property.
