Best and worst living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to the subway station, near the best laundromat, grocery stores nearby, bodega options.
Cons:
We were infested with mold 🙃 and a roach crawled up my neck 🥲 screamed so loud my roommates thought I was being murdered. Oh yeah and frequent flooding.

Apt 1 is cursed
Former Tenant
Pros:
We loved this apartment, don’t get me wrong. It was such a great layout for our needs at the time! It was such a fun and quirky space which was a huge selling point for us when we decided to move in.
Cons:
I guarantee this place is full of mold, the bottom bedroom with the door to the backyard would flood every time it rained and both people who slept in that room were perpetually sick with an awful cough. Management was unresponsive, maintenance would come and half fix things before leaving without ever telling us their plans to fully fix things. There was one good maintenance person and he was constantly coming to help us. Before we moved they had to tear the floor out of that bottom room, to discover a pipe had burst and thus the flooding and mold. Keep in mind we’d filed multiple complaints with them for these issues.
Advice to owner:
Give Emilio a raise and please renovate this apartment before allowing more people to live here.
