Former Tenant
Pros:
There are no pros.
Cons:
Pretty sure the entire front of the building is falling off, multiple tenants have litigation claims starting, the common hallways are full of garbage, heat is only on in mornings, windows not properly fitted to opening causing it to be cold, mold everywhere.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a property owner

noisy unclean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
liked our unit, size was good, living room was bigger than anywhere ive lived before in nyc
Cons:
loud neighbors, strangers being let in and out of the building constantly, once had a homeless person sleeping in the hallway, we had an infestation of 5 mice all within one week and saw multiple roaches throughout the year. landlord often would not process our rent checks for months at a time
Advice to owner:
take peoples rent checks on time, fix your front door for more security, and stop using URINAL CAKES to "freshen up" the smell of your dirty hallways instead of actually cleaning.
