Poor Management Oversees
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious and cozy along with balconies/private outdoor space. Everything seems updated.
Cons:
Super noisy, I could hear the upstairs neighbors arguing every night. I could hear even the downstairs neighbors aggressively sexualizing women. There was even a dispute about how one of the neighbors was looking into another neighbors bedroom!! No privacy whatsoever! Like this is a newly renovated but they forget to put insulation into the walls and floor boards. Really messed up!
Advice to owner:
Install cameras for the safety of the tenants! Make sure you do your yearly routinely checks and make sure everything is in place like the door locks!
