Very loud street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, good light, convenient location. Backyard/roof space are a huge plus. Not the worst landlords I’ve ever had. I appreciate that they send a monthly exterminator. Good for a couple but w/b small quarters for roommates even with 2br.
Cons:
Small living area. If you get one of the street-facing units you will hear the bar across the street till 3 am. Intersection is loud. Management increased rent hundreds of dollars without warning. They will send ppl to fix stuff but seemingly give no instructions as the repair ppl have not had the right supplies at least 3x. It takes prodding to get things done all the way. No units have been burgled but foyer/basement were broken into 4x in one year

Water damage, poor response time, poor security
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of natural light, basement storage, and common outdoor space
Cons:
The street is always dirty and trash management is atrocious. It took 2+ months to fix a fly infestation. The basement and 4th floor both have constant water issues when it rains, mold, and damage. There have been both trespassing issues and theft.
Advice to owner:
You need a more responsive staff, and you need to hire people who fix things correctly. Issues get resolved but often come back shortly after the repair due to a poor job. You also need to take security seriously. Your team is the worst management team I’ve ever worked with.
