    Pros:
    Located in a quiet tree lined block. Super is good. Maintains the minimal amount of things around the building
    Cons:
    We had rats or squirrels in the building, there’s no monthly pest management. Took years to get the heat pump cleaned.
    Advice to owner:
    Better building maintenance would be good for tenants but also the building
