Terrible Management, Terrible Quality
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to a nice park, nice food and bars around
Cons:
Terrible building condition. Holes and bugs everywhere, dirt everywhere. Messy when we moved in, had to have the super fill in cracks everywhere. The walls seem like they were filled with caulk rather than drywall. Corners were cut everywhere in this apartment and it shows. The basement door has holes beneath it and there are rats that the management refuses to get rid of. Every maintenance request has gone unanswered by the management company and takes weeks of contacting to get anything done. The street is full of affordable housing so it is noisy all the time, often late into the night. It is not worth the headache.
