Pros:
Neighbors are respectful. Super is a great guy with a cute dog. The one issue I had with a leaking pipe from the above neighbor was fully addressed and the ceiling fixed and repainted within a few hours.
Cons:
They control heat and my unit gets HOT.
No advanced intercom… just buzzer and buzz.
No laundry (there is a place 1/2 block north tho).
Advice to owner:
N/A. We never have a reason to deal with each other, which is great..
