Beautiful building, extremely thin walls

Pros:
The building is nice and small so everyone knows each other. Apartments are very nice with new appliances and tons of natural light. Amazing location.
Cons:
The floors/ walls are extremely thin You can hear your neighbors do EVERYTHING.
Management is generally responsive, but more so when they need something from you. There’s no super so they just hire contractors which can lead to no one knowing what they’re doing.
Advice to owner:
Add insulation to the floors
