Pros:
Clean, quiet - feel safe here.
Cons:
Water Damage, mold.
Advice to owner:
Seems there is pretty severe water damage throughout the building

Really great building.
Modern amenities
No issue with packages or plumbing
Cons:
Biggest issue is distance road subway and folks across the street who can be quite loud.
