Nightmare neighbor and nonexistent landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Railroad style apartment Exposed brick walls
Cons:
Horrific experience dealing with harassment from a neighbor, resulting in a police report and more turmoil. The landlord was virtually unresponsive to every complaint regarding this for nearly a year and a half, until it was made clear that our apartment would be evacuated and the lease broken due to neglect. Mice were a problem at one point but extermination was called and it did seem to mostly eliminate the problem.
Advice to owner:
Find someone to manage this property who can be involved and attentive to tenants needs, big and small. Not responding to urgent complaints and concerns about dangerous neighbors is inexcusable.

Overall fine place except for pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, good neighborhood, lots around to eat, close to groceries.
Cons:
We had a rat chewing through our walls at night, took weeks if not months for the landlord to take care of it. Finally did and hadn’t had a problem since. Continued having mice tho.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive.
