Owner doesn’t respond to maintenance or rat infestation.

Pros:
Nicely located on a block with parking.
Cons:
Tenants do not empty their assigned trash cans outside that leads to rat infestations. Owner doesn’t maintain the building and the outside is left uncared for with rats running around. Owner enters your apartment without notification. Owner doesn’t clear snow after storm. Owner doesn’t respond to issues he is made aware of, rat infestation.
Advice to owner:
Provide weekly maintenance to garbage cans and area outside of the building. Respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Never enter an apartment without consent from the renter. Clear snow after storm. Clean building outside and exterminate rats around the building.
