Noisy Street, but well-maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bay windows facing Tompkins allowed lots of light in, and the walls felt sturdy. I had a mouse in the kitchen the entire time I lived there, but never more than one. Trash was always bagged up and kept clean.
Cons:
Front door would be consistently propped open, leading to packages being stolen. Mail area was not maintained, leading to letters and mail going missing or being left on the ground. Front door would jam in the winter, and repairs would tend to take longer than necessary.
