Nice building, good neighbors, some cons

Pros:
Great location, spacious units
Cons:
There seems to be a moth infestation in the building. Every unit experienced pantry moths during the warmer months in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Building was exterminated in winter 2020.
Advice to owner:
Get more consistent with the general upkeep of the building! Hallways are often dusty and crusty.
