WARNING: Terrible landlord. DO NOT RENT

Pros:
Decent bones to the building but still not worth the trouble.
Cons:
The landlord may be the worst landlord I've had in a decade of living in NYC. He will not invest any money into the property. Getting anything fixed is an argument and often times will be done on the cheap. There are occasional roach infestations in the garden level kitchen and rats are known to frequent the front yard. There are also leakage problems between floors and the heat is consistently inconsistent.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your property. Don't cut corners. Respect the tenants and work on your professionalism, character, and decency.
