    Nice building, neighbors & decent landlord
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Newly renovated building, with small basement gym, bike storage, and updated roof for tenants use. Hardly ever in contact with landlord.
    Cons:
    Landlord response time can be slow at times. No real big complaints though

    None
