Rental Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a well-kept building with only a few units. Spacious living room with plenty of light, high ceilings. Very spacious updated kitchen with a lot of storage. Landlord is attentive to issues, acts quickly, and is easy to get in touch with. You can't hear the street even though it's a busy one. Other tenants are respectful.
Cons:
Thin walls between two of the rooms. Air shaft bedroom gets very little light and can be stuffy.
