Safe and clean in Bed-Stuy

Pros:
Newly renovated, functional and modern buzzer system, quiet bedrooms, central air, great neighbors
Cons:
Newly renovated, but being an older building, it is more at risk to allow pests. Central air is great, but electric bill gets pricey in peak of summer/winter.
Advice to owner:
The tenants you have in the building now are excellent for the building and community, keep those rents reasonable!
