Don't be fooled
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments look really nice. Floor to ceiling windows and concrete floors are great.
Cons:
Management is not responsible or responsive. They do not take care of the building grounds. The building is advertised as having amenities such as a gym and outdoor furniture, yet the it is not the case. There is no outdoor furniture and the common spaces aren't cleaned. The gym is lack luster. The water fountain in the gym does not work. The kitchen next to the gym is not functioning and the office space near the gym is unkept(they literally threw chairs and a table and have done nothing with it). Management is horrible and does not respond to tenant concerns. Not worth the money it costs to live in the building.
Advice to owner:
Take care of your building and the tenants.

Don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The convenience of being on a main avenue as well as the supportive neighbors.
Cons:
The property managers are not responsive, the garbage piles up before someone takes it out. You can tell the building was rushed because of foundational issues that they leave you to deal with on your own.

Cute building no closets ok management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new building. Easy access to several buses and trains.
Cons:
The new management is ok. Takes weeks to address issues. The amenities (gym, working spaces, courtyard) were not completed at move in and with covid, still are not completed. Issue with people stealing packages from lobby. They should put a amazon locker in the lobby. Also there are no closets in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants faster. Put a Amazon locker in the lobby to prevent theft of packages.
