Irresponsible management and aggressive super

Pros:
Spacious and clean
Cons:
Management does not take responsibility for repairs. Super is threatening and does the bare minimum if asked for multiple times, verbally abusive. Dryer broke and has not been fixed for over a year. Terrible central air and heat system.
Advice to owner:
Change super company

Beautiul location, amazing interior, roaches

Pros:
T-intersection, and if you’re lucky, bay windows coming onto a tree-lined block. So close to great transit and grocery stores but also tucked away from Fulton Ave. Beautiful brownstone with central AC and heat. Laundry in basement.
Cons:
The company is oddly difficult to get in touch with - you typically have to know specific people to email otherwise you won’t hear back. And of course, there are roaches. Some in the kitchen, others in the bathroom. One was in my bedroom. Some in the hallways.
Advice to owner:
I would treat the pest problem seriously. It’s an otherwise amazing building, but this one thing made the whole experience of living there pretty rough.
