Horrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Literally no pros
Cons:
The building carbon monoxide alarm used to go off and the landlord would just turn it off—he wouldn't tell anyone to evacuate. We had to call the fire department once and they said "you actually pay to live here?" The landlord also used to go on racist rants. I was not surprised to hear about all the fraud. (Google him.)
Advice to owner:
I hope you're in jail <3
