    nice old building with large sectioned layout & many old building problems
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Lovely older building with separate kitchen and living room. Windows in every room. Strong radiator heating.
    Cons:
    the building is infested with mice, roaches and bed bugs
    Advice to owner:
    seal all holes and eliminate all mice, roaches and bed bugs
