Good for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location literally on the same block as the subway station. The unit was also quite big. An exterminator came once a month and sprayed the bathroom and kitchen.
Cons:
Neighbors are super loud at all hours. The likelihood of you actually getting your packages delivered is slim to none.
Advice to owner:
Update the door so delivery people can enter.
