Terrible landlord in all ways
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment
Decent appliances
good natural light
Cons:
Landlord threatened unfounded lawsuits left and right when he misplaced rent checks
Refused to fix heat for an entire winter when it was fully nonfunctional
Had to legal garbage collection area.
Was rude and threatening in many interactions.
Locked second legal egress (roof) to building with a padlock, not providing key to tenants.
Used unlicensed untrained individuals in place of professional repair people in all areas.
Advice to owner:
