An Absolute Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only perk was the amount of space and neighborhood.
Cons:
The landlord is an absolute nightmare. Asked us to do things regarding building maintenance that weren't our responsibility and refuse to fix problems properly. The roof constantly leaked and caused us to move our items to the first floor as the top floor became unlivable. Also dealt with mold issues...For the amount of rent paid, it was not worth the amount of hell we were put through.
Advice to owner:
Actually fix issues when they arise and stop blaming tenants for problems beyond their control

Sick and stressed
Former Tenant
Pros:
The street, the neighbors and trees are great, but do not be fooled
Cons:
Worst landlord experience of my entire 20 years of renting. Mold issues that led to health problems (going into litigation since she will not fix it) complete property negligence, and very argumentative, borderline harassing, landlord. If you want your physical and mental health in tact, do not rent here.
Advice to owner:
Never act as a landlord again, you are not the right person for the job.

Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Space -Neighborhood is pretty & neighbors are nice. Several neighbors gave warning about landlord when moving in.
Cons:
Very rude landlord. Old & dirty. Outdated design. Needs a lot of repairs that landlord won’t fix. Ceiling Leaks. No sound insulation between units. Heating system is poor. Bugs and mice sightings.
Advice to owner:
Be nicer
