Pretty Good Place In Decent Spot

Structure nice, modern ish, large stoop, keyless access, good lighting.
Cons:
Cockroaches in basement often, some mold in moist places

Well worth the $ if you loke coliving

New appliances. 2nd floor is comfortable in summer. No lease. Gym included apartment cleaning included
Cons:
One fridge for 6 people. Some closets and doors get stuck. Bathroom tile grout is orange.

Pretty good building
