Just lived there for a year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area, near a supermarket but was lowkey expensive, everything was perfect condition
Cons:
had no problems with it besides the smoke detector going off every other day and no one coming to fix it (even though they said they would, but no one ever came since the ceiling was too high for us to reach)
Nice neighbors, rude management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very updated
Good location for the train
Surprisingly good insulation
Responsive maintenance
Cons:
Weird layout for storage in kitchen
Rude management at times - was difficult when moving in and communicating key pick up time
Ridiculous communication when scheduling walk through of apartment (was stood up 3 times)
Pest control not great - experienced fly problem a handful of times
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive in communication

Affordable but there are trade offs
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment and design details are nice
Cons:
The apartment was not prepared for us to move in. Did not look clean or walked through. Soon there after we found that our outdoor space was home to many mice. That’s our main entertaining space and the ownership, while initially helpful and responsive has not been helpful since our subsequent run-ins with Rataouilles.
Advice to owner:
Communicate please and get back to us

Do not trust Frontgate Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to train, kind neighbors
Cons:
Rodent issue, especially on ground floor. These are not mice, but huge rats, on outdoor property that have tried to access our apt. Exterminator has come 7-8 times, yet the issues persist, and management claims we are being uncooperative. Also, we’ve killed roughly 40-50 insects in the last 3 months of living here, mostly silverfish, beetles, centipedes, and millipedes - animals I would have never been able to identify prior to living here. Also, fossilized remains of silverfish are now part of the tile design.

Only one washer and dryer is not enough for the number of tenants in the building, and the trash room is tiny especially for the number of recyclables.
Advice to owner:
Get it together.
