Takes FOREVER to Get Repairs
Former Tenant
Pros:
• Landlord agency is very hands off. • Units have individual heater/boilers. • Prime location with a lot of restaurants, laundry mats, shops, etc • Decent price despite the size of the apartment
Cons:
• Management is HORRIBLE - I was without heat for an entire month. • Repairs take FOREVER. You have to constantly call and complain for things to get done. • Tenants aren’t clean and the building hardly ever gets cleaned/serviced • Building has mice due to uncleanliness • Not a lot of space in apartments • Neighborhood can be noisy due to bars • Never met the Super and I’ve lived here for 3 years • Mold in bathroom due to the lack of air ventilation
Advice to owner:
Do a better job. Listen to your tenants when they ask for repairs and fix things in a timely manner!
