This building is managed like a 12 years old takes care of it!

Pros:
- Access to nice amenities
- Easy access to MTA and LIRR
Cons:
- Constant litter in front of building.
- Filthy common areas.
- Gym is always dusty and dirty.
- Repairs is non-existent for common areas, amenities and equipments.
- Rooftop is left with no maintenance or cleaning.
- 3/4 of washing machines are down or need repair.
- Bike room is musty.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property!!

Great amenities but water leaking issue

Pros:
Fairly responsive management company. FANTASTIC amenities. Great layout.
Cons:
Biggest problem is water is leaking from roof.
Advice to owner:
I would avoid until that water issue is solved.
