Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof access Gym access Lounge room Laundry room
Cons:
Gym and lounge been under repair for months. The laundry machines are too small, too pricey, and not the best at washing it drying. Elevator is way too slow
Advice to owner:
Needs better security for packages and storage room. The landlord charges way too much but no improvement in the building.

Don’t do it
Former Tenant

Nice building, beautiful apartments
Cons:
Terrible management—hard to get in touch with, once you get in touch they will gaslight you and refuse to fix issues.
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants like humans

Beautiful apartments poor management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartments are nice with modern appliances.
Cons:
Elevator is always going out. There are only three washers and three driers for 49 units. The tenants are constantly having rooftop parties (sometimes will full bands). It's incredibly loud and they guest throw trash and cigarette butts over the ledge which land on the balconies below. Management has done nothing to stop it. Gym and lounge are a joke and shouldn't be considered "amenities". They leave the garbage piled in the parking are which is already super small and tight. Management is awful at taking care of issues. They don’t care at all about the building.
Advice to owner:
Hire people to take better care of your building. It’s falling apart due to negligence from management.

Unreasonable noise issue that is not being addressed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the A/C
Cons:
Building has a HUGE noise issue that has been going on for months. Every night there is pounding on the wall for hours at a time. Management has been notified but no action has been taken. It makes it nearly impossible to sleep.
Advice to owner:
Get to the bottom of the noise problem

First Tenants To Live in 2F
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building (when I moved in), spacious, near the subway, laundry in the building, rooftop elevator access, car parking
Cons:
Management is unresponsive and will avoid responsibility at every turn, regular package theft, maintenance waits until the 11th hour to do anything (there was a horrific black mold infestation that management ignored for months), neighbors left trash and pet feces in the parking lot, front of the building and roof, management will occasionally leave piles of trash in the parking lot which attracts rats
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the property and be more attentive to your tenants. The degradation of this building was sad to see.

Good building for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good laundry Dishwasher in units Nice rooftop
Cons:
Door buzzers don't always work Elevator gets stuck often Small package room
Roof is a nice place to hang out. Gym fits all of my needs. Management does an okay job at responding. Appreciated how they hired a security guard when many of our packages got stolen.
Cons:
Trash on my floor piles up quickly. I can tell the elevator is never cleaned. There’s not enough laundry machines and paying for it with a mobile app is very finicky
