Well Maintained and Modern

Pros:
The units are attractive and well thought out. Central air and heat with in unit laundry and private outdoor space (finished roof for units 2&3 and backyard for unit 1). It's been fully renovated and has a modern feel with some of the old style elements like exposed brick.
Cons:
Rats can be a bit of a problem in the trash area and trash area can be a bit messy and not well maintained. Owners are mostly responsive but can be a bit argumentative at times.
Advice to owner:
Change out the trash cans and remove the ones that rats have eaten through. And keep that area neater.
