Avoid at all costs

Pros:
The only good thing about this building is the location.
Cons:
The roaches and mice never leave. It doesn’t matter how much raid or how many mousetraps you put out, you’ll be cohabiting with pests for your entire stay. Building owners do little to nothing to address this. They’ll also try to keep you from getting your deposit, they only give it back when you threaten to sue.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the property, maybe fix up the stairway so it doesn’t smell like urine, and get a better hold on the pest problem. It’s absolutely disgusting here.
