Honestly, the worst place I have lived in 7 years of being in BK

Pros:
Nothing moved out earliest date possible
Cons:
- several open deficiencies for bed bugs - heat was broke several times in the winter no emergency efforts to fix - mice in the building walls - gas smell daily gave most tenets headaches - inefficient windows can hear everything from the street and 400 plus dollar heating bills for 750sq feet - not hot water most days until 10 mins of running - no water pressure - lack of follow through by management - to disrespect from owner/manager - didn’t return security deposit in allotted time - didn’t compete an accurate form for deposit to be returned - elevator broke on most occasions - DPW investment management
Advice to owner:
Your an attorney and this is how you treat your tenets it’s illegal for people to go without heat when an infant is present and not get the full security deposits back when no deficiencies were discovered.
