Mice and Unresponsive Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern, sleek. Storage unit Convenient area
Cons:
Landlord does not interact directly with tenants and building managers act as an iron curtain so he never has to address us directly. There were mice on my neighbors floor and she had to deal with that for weeks before they sent an exterminator. When the exterminator arrived they confirmed they werent even for mice….
Raising the rent so much for a tiny shoebox space
Laundry downstairs sucks
Advice to owner:
Charging 2250 for a place as big as a closet and having pests is terrible and fixable

Affordable Well-Designed Studio Perfect for Y
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable well-designed studio apartments perfect for anyone wanting to live alone. Location is right on Myrtle ave with tons of shopping. Units are tiny but manageable, I lived here two years. Basement storage is a huge plus.
Cons:
Backyard is not really maintained or usable. Basement is dark and has roaches (kinda unavoidable but made me want to go downstairs less). Laundry machine isn’t the best and could use updating.

Management is quick an responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
The management is great, and willing to work with you. They keep the building clean and have monthly pest control services.
Cons:
The backyard isn’t really maintained, the basement has a mold/musty smell, and it’s easy to hear through the walls.
Advice to owner:
Would be great to add amenities to the backyard area
