Spacious living area

Pros:
Very friendly neighbors and a lot of space
Cons:
They overwork the superintendent, are very slow in replying to emails about issues, also we constantly get letters from the city about their summons they don’t answer
Advice to owner:
Put some better care into the building

beautiful, lots of light, exposed brick, gas stove
Cons:
mice. cockroaches, thin walls, electrical wiring problems, bathtub painted over, no landlord communication
