Clean and Responsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building staff, clean common areas, and responsive to issues as they arise.
Cons:
They don't give you a key, and instead force you to use an app to access your apartment. The common area amenities (gym, laundry, bike room) close at 9 or 10pm, making them tough to use after work or late
Advice to owner:
Open the common areas later with Latch access
