Very well managed

Pros:
- Super is very responsive and quick - Building common spaces are very well managed - Gym in the basement and cute courtyard
Cons:
- Rent increase with no explanation (not by a large amount, though) - Actual apartment layout is not ideal

Cons:
Radiator heat can be finicky. A bit noisy.

Saed is a great super so give him a raise

- The super is the sweetest person and is extremely responsive. He takes care of everything. - clean building - relatively noise free - nice appliances and apartments
Cons:
- building management takes a very long time to respond to anything
Advice to owner:
Respond to people faster but overall a great place to live

I lived here in 2013-2014. The super was nice and responsive, the building well maintained.
Cons:
The apartment layout was quite odd.
