It's a Party
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low cost, nice moulding and original building features.
Cons:
The landlord allowed a roommate to resign the lease alone without any of us present. Incredibly non responsive. The owner also runs the funeral home on the ground floor and the services often turn into block parties.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phone.
