Horrible apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing, did not enjoy staying there
Cons:
Everything. Some of the tenants in the building would harass us and blast music. Apartment was filthy and not well kept.

Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap rent. Separate entrances.
Cons:
Property owners switched halfway when we lived there. It was a nightmare dealing with a violent, loud neighbor that the landlord did nothing to combat. Bad neighborhood, horrible neighbors and so much trash buildup outside

Good but Not the Best
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Management is fairly responsive -Apartments are nice, hallways not kept as clean as they should be -Trash is taken out multiple times a week
Cons:
-Mostly people who have lived here their whole lives and very settled in. They create a lot of noise (children, music, etc) -Hallways could be painted and cleaned more often -Backyard area could be cleaned up (lots of trash and broken fences)
Advice to owner:
Clean the common areas more (hallways and stairs) and clean back yard area where everyone looks out to.
