Affordable rent but poor building management

Pros:
Rent stabilized and high ceilings
Cons:
Building management is not responsive and issues can take years for them to fix. They drag their feet to do anything since it’s a rent stabilized building.
Advice to owner:
Improve building and apartment maintenance.

Pros:
Beautiful community-oriented neighborhood, close to everything, with good neighbors. Good appliances.
Cons:
Management does not answer the phone or respond to any requests of any kind. The only way to contact management and get a response is by filing complaints with the city. Lots of roach and bug issues that are difficult to get solved. Lots of water and leak issues that are difficult to get solved.

Beautiful Area, Building Has Old Bones

Pros:
Lovely and clean upon move-in. Nice space. Gorgeous street and roof views. Lots of green.
Cons:
Chinnaya and Helen in 3B specifically and repeatedly terrorized me about incredibly normal walking/basic noise to the point where we contacted law enforcement and the building owners. Hot water went multiple times during the winter. Clinton Properties was nearly impossible to contact and not helpful.
