Overall a Good Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The amenities - the building has a gym, and every apartment has in-unit laundry, a true luxury in NYC.
Cons:
Building management can be slow to respond to maintenance issues; this has gotten worse over the past year
Advice to owner:
Respond to maintenance issues promptly

Really good experience overall. However the price is definitely high.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front desk staff is friendly, elevator is spacious and moving in was easy. Maintenance is really responsive too. The construction is new, and I can never hear my neighbors except when they are right in front of the door. The appliances are modern.
Cons:
The property owner took as much money as possible when moving in. Required full month deposit even though rent for first year was reduced with an offer. Also required guarantee even though credit score was good, calculating it lower because I still had to pay off final bill from previous apartment which I just moved out of. Biggest issue after move in is that ammenties are not 24/7. They are open from 9 am until 10 pm, including the gym and roof, and it is enforced heavily. It’s expensive and the location isn’t that special. They charge for extra key fobs as well.
Advice to owner:
Extend the amenities time. Especially gym access at late night or early morning so you can get in after dinner or before work. This also helps avoid too many people in same area during pandemic.
