It has potential but owners do not do any renovations
Former Tenant
Pros:
Heating was very powerful a little too strong but it is better than being cold in winter. They were kind about subleasing and subletting rooms. The super was very responsive.
Cons:
The main door was almost always broken and they never properly fixed it. The building had no upkeep and no renovations so it was outdated and there were leaks and the kitchen ceiling fell in multiple times during heavy rainstorms. So they clearly did not weatherproof it. We had a rat in the apartment and after reporting they did not send an exterminator or follow up.
Advice to owner:
Upkeep the building so people will not want to runaway!
