Good building, great location, but loud if you live on first floor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Historic building in the middle of everything. Close to trains, lots of restaurants and Fort Greene Park
Cons:
It is very loud on the first floor if you're street facing.
Advice to owner:
Install new modern windows on street facing units :)

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very spacious, good sunlight exposure. Great neighborhood and there’s a supermarket nearby. Landlord was very flexible during 2020 pandemic
Cons:
Slightly expensive and old heaters.
Advice to owner:
Lower the rent
