Great place to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of light, hardware floors, nice neighbors, great location, not too noisy, only when they clean the subway in the middle of the night, utilities included. I mostly loved living there
Cons:
The guy who rent the gym downstairs can be a lot but he’s nice and take care of the front of the building so it does have its pros

Pros:
Close access to the subway, curbside appeal.
Cons:
The floor is rotting. I spilled a coffee and by the time I could grab a towel my poor downstairs neighbor had coffee leaking through the ceiling. Frequently clogged bathroom sink. Water temperature fluctuates severely. Handymen fixes were often janky and half-assed, like rolling a giant ball of clear tape around a pipe to prevent leaks.
