Fine. Not a nightmare, not a dream.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close access to the subway, curbside appeal.
Cons:
The floor is rotting. I spilled a coffee and by the time I could grab a towel my poor downstairs neighbor had coffee leaking through the ceiling. Frequently clogged bathroom sink. Water temperature fluctuates severely. Handymen fixes were often janky and half-assed, like rolling a giant ball of clear tape around a pipe to prevent leaks.
