    Beautiful area, super tall ceilings and great vibes

    Numerous problems with responsiveness on maintenance issues

    Pipes clog easily, roaches on occasion, management responds to issues - just slowly

    The roof, the big windows
    Cons:
    Horrible college-aged neighbors, horrible management, insanely overheated in the winter so you have to keep windows wide open, terrible pest control with cockroaches and rats in the apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a management staff that cares. We complained of seeing a cockroach in our apartment the day we moved in and was told “it probably came off the moving truck”…that was only one a many other poor experiences we had
